Booking Conditions
- A firm booking should be accompanied by a deposit of 50%
of the total rental for a holiday of up to one week and 33.3% for a
two week holiday. Inter-continental bank exchanges can be arranged.
The balance should be paid not less than 6 weeks (42 days) in advance
of the commencement of the letting. Should this not be honoured, the
booking may be considered cancelled and re-let, with the loss of deposit.
However we would not wish our clients to be inconvenienced and do
strongly advise that holiday cancellation insurance should be taken out
by the client.
If in the event of a client cancelling a booking;
-
a) More
than six weeks (42+days) prior to commencement of the holiday then
the deposit will be forfeit.
-
b) Less
than six weeks (0-41 days) prior to commencement of the holiday then
the total holiday rental charge is payable so
-
c) Holiday
cancellation insurance is necessary.
-
d)
It is a condition of booking that any unfortunate breakages in the cottages
must be replaced or paid for, which ever is the most appropriate.
Time for regular cleaning
between lets is important so, please do not arrive before 3.00pm
on arrival day and vacate by 10.00am on departure day, key to be
advised and route directions will be sent.
